研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究、应用3D彩色多普勒技术研究针刺干预薄型子宫内膜患者的容受性Salle评分以及临床妊娠率结局影响，以评价针刺治疗薄型子宫患者IVF妊娠结局的临床疗效

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective,cohort clinical studies and the application of 3D color Doppler technology to study the clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) and the endometrial receptivity Salle score of acupuncture treatment in patients with thin endometrium, to evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the IVF-FET pregnancy outcome of patients with thin endometrium clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄：21-35岁； 2）薄型子宫； 3）冷冻胚胎为优质囊胚（D5） 4）未接受过针灸治疗且近3月内未参加其它临床研究者； 5）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 21-35 years old; 2) Thin endometrium; 3) Frozen embryos are high-quality blastocysts (D5) 4) Those who have not received acupuncture treatment and have not participated in other clinical research in the past 3 months; 5) Sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in this research.

排除标准：

1）有药物过敏或过敏体质者； 2）合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者； 3）经检查明确生殖器官畸形、生殖道炎症或肿瘤者； 4）接触致畸量的射线、毒物、药品且处于作用期； 5）单纯因男方因素行IVF-ET 6）重度子宫粘连者及分粘术后患者 7）内膜结核患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) People with drug allergy or allergic constitution; 2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental illness; 3) Those whose genital organs are deformed, genital tract inflammation or tumor are confirmed by inspection; 4) Exposure to teratogenic radiation, poisons, drugs and in the active period; 5) IVF-ET is performed solely due to male factors 6) Severe uterine adhesions and patients after sub-adhesion 7) Patients with endometrial tuberculosis
