研究目的：

探究膝关节置换手术后电针刺激是否能改善术后高凝状态

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation in improving the hypercoagulability status of venous blood after total knee arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄50岁~80岁； 2.符合2018年中华医学会膝骨关节炎的诊断标准； 3.术前下肢血管彩超未见深静脉血栓者； 4.术前D-二聚体值正常者； 5.术前改良Wells评分≤1分者； 6.术前美国麻醉医师协会手术前分级标准（ASA）Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 50 to 80 years 2.Meet the 2018 Chinese guideline for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis 3.Preoperative venous ultrasonography exclude deep venous thrombosis 4.Preoperative D-dimmer is in normal range 5.Preoperative modified wells score≤1 6.Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I or II

排除标准：

1.有凝血功能障碍者； 2.术前使用抗凝药物者； 3.既往有DVT病史者； 4.术前一月内已行针灸治疗； 5.严重肝肾功能不全、严重心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative coagulation disorders 2.Under anticoagulant therapy 3.Preoperative deep venous thrombosis 4.Use of acupuncture in past 1 month 5.Severe hepatic insufficiency renal insufficiency cardiovascular disease or cancer
