研究目的：

比较不同中西医结合方案治疗原发性肝癌的总生存率及成本效果，从卫生经济学方面为原发性肝癌治疗方案的选择提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the overall survival rate and cost-effectiveness of different integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine schemes in the treatment of primary liver cancer, so as to provide reference for the selection of treatment schemes for primary liver cancer from the perspective of health economics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥ 18岁；（2）确诊之前未进行过任何治疗；（3）完成定期随访或检查；（4）具有北京医疗保险的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years; (2) No treatment before diagnosis; (3) Complete regular follow-up or examination; (4) Patients with Beijing medical insurance.

排除标准：

（1）转移性肝癌患者；（2）孕妇或哺乳期妇女；（3）预计生存时间少于三个月的患者；（4）临床信息不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with metastatic liver cancer; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Patients with an estimated survival time of less than three months; (4) Patients with incomplete clinical information.
