研究目的：

观察经皮穴位电刺激在预防麻醉药物引起围术期病人心室复极改变中的作用，为临床上预防麻醉药物引起的心律失常风险提供新的思路和方法，从而保障围术期手术病人安全。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the role of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in preventing the change of ventricular repolarization caused by anesthetics, and to provide new ideas and methods to prevent the risk of arrhythmia caused by anesthetics, so as to ensure the safety of perioperative patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18 岁，无心脏手术史； （2）心功能≤Ⅲ级； （3）窦性心律。 （4）ASA I-II级择期手术病人

Inclusion criteria

(1) over 18 years of age, there was no history of coronary artery bypass grafting in patients undergoing cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation. (2) the cardiac function was inferior to grade III. (3) sinus rhythm. (4) ASA I-II, patients undergoing selective operation.

排除标准：

（1）房性心律失常病史者和曾行抗心律失常治疗者，包括安置心脏起搏器者； （2）严重心功能低下者，左室射血分数（left ventricularejection fraction，LVEF）<0.3； （3）有其他脏器功能不全者，包括肾功能衰竭者（肌酐≥200 μmol/L）、严重的肝衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病者； （4）曾发生心脏骤停及心肺复苏者及心动过缓（<50 次/min）者； （5）发生房颤者排除由于电解质失衡（K+<3.5 mmol/L）、高热、内环境紊乱引起的心律失常。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Persons with a history of atrial arrhythmia and who had received antiarrhythmic treatment, including pacemakers. (2) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 0.3 in patients with severe cardiac dysfunction. (3) Other organ dysfunction, including renal failure (creatinine (> 200 micromol / L), severe liver failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. (4) Those who had cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and bradycardia (<50 times /min). (5) Patients with atrial fibrillation were excluded from arrhythmia caused by electrolyte imbalance (K + < 3.5 mmol/L), high fever and internal environment disturbance.
