研究目的：

探讨茯苓四逆汤对脓毒症心肌抑制患者保护作用，及其对脓毒症心肌抑制患者短期预后的改善情况。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the protective effect of Fuling Sini Decoction on patients with septic myocardial depression and its improvement in the short-term prognosis of patients with septic myocardial depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

药物成分：茯苓20g 人参5g 制附子15g 炙甘草10g 干姜7.5g。治疗方案：入选脓毒症心肌病患者40例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组20例。对照组：西医常规治疗，参照2016脓毒症指南，包括积极补液，早期应用抗生素，寻找及去除感染灶，脏器功能支持，使用血管活性药，营养支持，镇痛镇静，必要时机械通气、血液净化等。治疗组：在对照组基础上联合使用茯苓四逆汤，每日1 剂，口服或鼻饲，3次/日，连服8天。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Ingredients: Poria 20g, ginseng 5g, aconite 15g,roasted licorice, 10gdried ginger. Treatment plan: 40 patients with septic cardiomyopathy were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. Control group: conventional Western medicine treatment, referring to the 2016 Sepsis Guidelines, including active fluid replacement, early application of antibiotics, finding and removing infection foci, organ function support, use of vasoactive drugs, nutritional support, analgesia and sedation, mechanical ventilation if necessary, blood purification, etc.. Treatment group: Combined with Fuling Sini Decoction on the basis of the control group, 1 dose a day, oral or nasal feeding, 3 times a day for 8 days.

纳入标准：

1.符合脓毒症心肌抑制诊断标准； 2.年龄在18-80岁，已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis myocardial depression; 2.Patients aged 18 to 80 years and have signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

1.排除处于妊娠或哺乳期女性； 2.排除合并 HIV 感染、风湿免疫性疾病及肿瘤终末期患者； 3.排除合并心肌炎、感染性心内膜炎急性期或急性心肌梗死等严重心内科疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclude women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2.Exclude patients with HIV infection, rheumatic immune diseases and end-stage tumors; 3.Exclude patients with severe cardiology diseases such as myocarditis, infective endocarditis in the acute stage, or acute myocardial infarction.
