研究目的：

1.了解润肺膏在呼吸系统疾病治疗中医生的处方习惯； 2.评估润肺膏在呼吸系统疾病临床应用的疗效； 3.评估润肺膏在呼吸系统疾病在预后和转归的影响； 4.评估润肺膏在治疗呼吸系统疾病效果的异质性（如人口统计学特征、疾病不同阶段、不同治疗方案、观察药物不同用法用量等）； 5.运用成本-效果/效用及其增量分析比较在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中使用润肺膏的经济性； 6.评估润肺膏在呼吸系统疾病临床应用的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the prescription habits of doctors in the treatment of respiratory diseases; 2. Evaluate the efficacy of Runfei Ointment in clinical application of respiratory diseases; 3. Assess the impact of Runfei Ointment on the prognosis and outcome of respiratory diseases; 4. Assess the heterogeneity of the effect of Runfei Ointment in the treatment of respiratory diseases (such as demographic characteristics, different stages of the disease, different treatment plans, observation of different usage and dosage of drugs, etc.); 5. Use cost-effectiveness/utility and its incremental analysis to compare the economics of using lung moisturizing cream in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. Assess the safety of Runfei Ointment in clinical application of respiratory diseases.

纳入标准：

1.符合中医气阴两虚、余热未清证辨证标准； 2.西医诊断慢性阻塞性肺疾病、间质性肺疾病、支气管扩张、感染后咳嗽、儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘门诊患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the syndrome differentiation standard of deficiency of both qi and yin and unclear residual heat in traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Western medicine diagnoses chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis, cough after infection, and outpatients with cough variant asthma in children.
