研究目的：

主要目的： 1.研究虚炎方治疗缓解期脾虚湿阻证溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效，对今后推广中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究提供临床试验支持及有力数据证明； 2.评价虚炎方治疗缓解期脾虚湿阻证溃疡性结肠炎的临床有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To study the clinical efficacy of Xuyan Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with syndrome of dampness and obstruction of spleen deficiency in the remission stage, and to provide clinical trial support and strong data proof for the future research on the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis; 2. To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuyan Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness-blocking syndrome in the remission stage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合溃疡性结肠炎的西医诊断标准； 2.临床类型为初发型和慢性复发型； 3.符合中医症候中，脾虚湿阻证的诊断标准； 4.性别不限，年龄18-65岁之间； 5.愿意参加本课题，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. It meets the diagnosis criteria of ulcerative colitis in Western medicine; 2. The clinical types were initial type and chronic recurrence type; 3. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction in traditional Chinese medicine; 4. Aged 18 to 65 years; 5. Willing to participate in the project and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.病变类型为急性暴发型； 2.感染性结肠炎如肠结核、细菌性痢疾等； 3.克罗恩病、放射性肠炎等； 4.合并肠穿孔、肠梗阻、肠狭窄、癌变等并发症，需手术治疗者； 5.具有严重的心脑肝肾等内科系统疾病； 6.滥用药物及精神障碍者； 7.哺乳期、妊娠期妇女； 8.过敏体质或多本药成分过敏； 9.正在参加其他课题或依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The type of lesion was acute fulmination; 2. Infectious colitis, such as intestinal tuberculosis, bacterial dysentery, etc. 3. Crohn's disease, radioactive enteritis, etc.; 4. Patients with intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, intestinal stenosis, cancer and other complications requiring surgical treatment; 5. Have serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and other medical system diseases; 6. People with drug abuse and mental disorders; 7. Women in lactation or pregnancy; 8. Allergic constitution or multiple drug ingredients; 9. Participating in other projects or poor compliance.

采用随机分组的方法，利用SPSS 22.0生成70个编号，然后生成相对应的88个随机数，给随机数编秩，按中药组与西药组1：1分组，1为中药组，2为西药组，将编号和分组保留在Excel 2016表格中，将满足条件的受试者按以上随机化分组纳入研究。
