研究目的：

观察“和胃降逆法”穴位埋线治疗中风后胃肠道功能紊乱的临床疗效，为中风病综合治疗方案的进一步完善进行有益探索。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding with gastric acupoints in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after stroke, and to explore the further improvement of the comprehensive treatment plan for stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合中风病诊断标准； ②符合胃肠道功能紊乱诊断标准； ③病程：发病1周至4周； ④年龄在40～75岁，男女均可； ⑤受试者知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. in line with the diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal dysfunction; 3. course of disease: onset from 1 week to 4 weeks; 4. aged 40 to 75 years old men and women; 5. Subjects gave informed consent and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①蛛网膜下腔出血、腔隙性脑梗塞等其他脑血管病。 ②脑卒中后神志障碍，如昏睡、昏迷不能回答问题，执行指令者；或严重失语，无言语或听力理解能力者。 ③排除器质性疾病，如消化性溃疡，食管炎或消化道恶性肿瘤，入院前一周内服用过影响胃肠动力或胃酸分泌的药物，如抗胆碱药、解痉止痛药及其他促胃肠动力药。 ④合并严重心功能不全，肝、肾功能严重异常和造血系统疾病，精神病患者。 ⑤妊娠或准备妊娠妇女，哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. subarachnoid hemorrhage, lacunar infarction and other cerebrovascular diseases; 2. post-stroke mental disorders, such as lethargy, coma can not answer questions, executive instructions; or severe aphasia, no speech or listening comprehension; 3. Exclusion of organic diseases, such as peptic ulcer, esophagitis or digestive tract malignancies, taking drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility or gastric acid secretion within one week before admission, such as anticholinergics, antispasmodic and other gastrointestinal motility drugs; 4. combined with severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney function and hematopoietic system diseases, mental patients; 5. pregnant or pregnant women, lactating women.
