研究目的：

观察右美托咪定在剖宫产中的作用：减少术中寒战反应和术后镇痛的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on cesarean section: to reduce intraoperative chills and postoperative analgesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

产妇为单胎妊娠37周以上；ASAI -II级；选择性剖腹产；年龄在20到35岁之间；无精神病史或药物成瘾史。

Inclusion criteria

Parturient is more than 37 weeks of single pregnancy; ASAI~II; Elective cesarean section; Aged 20 to 35 years; There was no history of mental illness or drug addiction.

排除标准：

拒绝椎管内麻醉或有椎管内麻醉禁忌证;拒绝参加本研究;长期使用抗精神病药物;有妊娠并发症或胎儿宫内窘迫等危重情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Refuse intraspinal anesthesia or there are contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; Refuse to participate in this study; Long-term use of antipsychotics; Having pregnancy complications or the fetus has intrauterine distress and other critical conditions.
