研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照研究，基于“眼珠虚胀”（眼轴过长）是轴性近视基本病机的要素、主症和体征之一的病因病机理论，我们将“眼轴长度”作为衡量近视防控水平的关键指标，研究针刺对儿童假性近视向真性近视进展的防控作用，有望提高近视的防治水平，从而优化诊疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

This study was a randomized controlled study, Based on the etiology and pathogenesis theory that "empty eye swelling" (too long eye axis) is one of the elements, main symptoms and signs of the basic pathogenesis of axial myopia, we take "eye axis length" as the key index to measure the level of myopia prevention and control, and study the prevention and control effect of acupuncture on the progress of pseudomyopia to true myopia in children, which is expected to improve the level of myopia prevention and control, so as to optimize the diagnosis and treatment plan. 报错 笔记

纳入标准：

①至少一眼符合上述诊断标准的病例： 等效球镜度数：-0.00DS＜等效球镜＜-0.50DS ②年龄6～ 10周岁（含6岁及10岁）。 ③双眼屈光间质清，排除眼部器质性疾病; ④受试者患儿及其家属能够理解和愿意按试验方案接受治疗和复查。 ⑤签写同意书

Inclusion criteria

① At least one case meeting the above diagnostic criteria: Equivalent spherical mirror degree: - 0.00ds ＜ equivalent spherical mirror ＜ -0.50ds ② The age ranged from 6 to 10 years old (including 6 and 10 years old). ③ Clear refractive stroma in both eyes, excluding ocular organic diseases; ④ The subjects, children and their families can understand and are willing to receive treatment and review according to the trial protocol. ⑤ Sign the consent form

排除标准：

①合并老年性黄斑变性、青光眼、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜动/静脉阻塞、特发性或继发性黄斑前膜、脉络膜病变、视神经疾病（视神经炎、视神经萎缩）、黄斑裂孔、斜视、弱视等对试验结果有影响的眼病； ②试验眼在3个月内进行过眼内手术者； ③试验前12周内参加过任何药品或医疗器械的临床试验者，或计划在本试验期间参加其他临床试验者； ④畏惧针刺者； ⑤严重的全身疾病，中等或严重的肝功能障碍者，或有严重的心、肺、肾功能障碍、造血系统疾病及精神病患者； ⑥检查治疗过程不能配合者； ⑦父母有一方或双方，单眼或双眼有高度近视（等效球镜＜-6.00DS）者

Exclusion criteria：

①combined with age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal arteriole / vein obstruction, idiopathic or secondary macular epiretinal membranes, choroidal lesions, optic neuropathy (optic neuritis, optic atrophy), macular hole, strabismus, amblyopia, etc. ② The test eyes had undergone intraocular surgery within 3 months; ③ Those who have participated in clinical trials of any drug or medical device within 12 weeks before the trial, or plan to participate in other clinical trials during the trial; ④ Those who fear acupuncture; ⑤ Severe systemic diseases, moderate or severe liver dysfunction, or patients with severe heart, lung, kidney dysfunction, hematopoietic system diseases and psychosis; ⑥ Those who cannot cooperate in the process of examination and treatment; ⑦ One or both parents have high myopia in one or both eyes (equivalent spherical mirror < -6.00ds) 报错 笔记
