研究目的：

病的治疗时间较长、治疗难度大。在国内，西医针对此类疾病的治疗以口服抗炎、止痛药物以及关 节腔内注射药物为主，可减轻临床症状，但整体效果不佳，均存在毒副作用，而老年患者常无法耐 受长期药物治疗。而手术的创伤性较大，风险较高、并发症多、且费用昂贵，并不为患者首选。近 年来中医外治法应用广泛，临床研究发现温针灸治疗早中期的膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著，同时具 有较高的安全性。目前临床多采用功能评价量表进行评价，缺乏客观疗效评价标准；本研究应用实 时的肌骨超声对早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效进行客观评价，其操作简单、费用低廉。

Objectives of Study：

The treatment time of the disease is long and the treatment is difficult. In China Western medicine for the treatment of such diseases to oral anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs and related Intra-articular injection of drugs can reduce clinical symptoms but the overall effect is not good there are side effects and elderly patients often can not tolerate. Long-term drug treatment. However surgery is not the first choice for patients because of its trauma high risk many complications and high cost. Near Over the years the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used. Clinical studies have found that warm acupuncture is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages. It has high security. At present functional evaluation scales are mostly used in clinical evaluation and there is a lack of objective evaluation criteria for efficacy. The application of this study is The musculoskeletal ultrasound is an objective evaluation of the efficacy of knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages which is simple and inexpensive.

( 1 ) Inclusion criteria Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages. ( 2 ) Complete clinical data.

本研究按照随机对照的原则,使用SAS软件按照样本量生成一串随机数字，由不参加本次研究的第三方人员把信封编好编号，并将随机数字按照随机序列依次装入信封，一个信封里面对应着一个随机数字，密封保存。当受试者确定参与研究后,将纳入者入组顺序告诉保存者,并按照入组顺序号打开对应编号的信封,若信封里的随机数字是奇数,则归为A组,是偶数则归为B组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study according to the principle of randomized control SAS software was used to generate a series of random numbers according to the sample size. The envelope was numbered by a third party who did not participate in this study and the random numbers were loaded into the envelope in turn according to the random sequence. An envelope corresponds to a random number sealed and saved. When the subjects were determined to participate in the study the order of inclusion was told to the saver and the envelope with the corresponding number was opened according to the order number of inclusion. If the random number in the envelope was odd it was classified as group A and if it was even it was classified as group B.
