研究目的：

观察健脾解郁方对抑郁发作的临床疗效，探索健脾解郁方治疗抑郁症的起效快速性，长期治疗的有效性。采用“组学”技术联合肠道菌群生物标记物，进一步明确健脾解郁方疗效及作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Jieyu decoction for depressive episode, and to explore the efficacy of Jianpi Jieyu decoction for depression in the treatment of rapid onset and long-term effectiveness. "Omics" technology combined with intestinal flora biomarkers was used to further clarify the efficacy and mechanism of Jianpi Jieyu decoction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合美国精神疾病诊断统计手册第五版（DSM-Ⅴ）抑郁发作诊断标准； 2）汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton rating scale for depression ,HAMD）24项评分≥21分； 3）年龄18-65周岁,性别、文化程度、职业、经济情况等不限； 4）患者无意识障碍，能理解量表内容并配合治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM - V for depressive episode; 2. Hamilton Rating Scale for depression (HAMD) score of 24 items ≥ 21; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years, regardless of gender, educational level, occupation, economic status, etc; 4. The patient was unconscious and could understand the content of the scale and cooperate with the treatment.

排除标准：

1）严重自杀倾向者； 2）存在双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等其他精神疾病，或为继发于其他精神疾病或躯体疾病的抑郁发作； 3）存在严重心、肝、肾、血液、风湿、肿瘤、营养不良及神经系统变性等疾病，存在脑器质性疾病，存在烟酒及其他精神活性物质滥用史； 4）研究期间使用其他任何抗精神病药、其他抗抑郁药、心境稳定剂、抗焦虑药、中枢兴奋剂、免疫调节剂、免疫抑制剂及激素等；运用系统心理治疗；运用MECT等物理疗法； 5）药物过敏或禁忌症或既往服用此类药物无效者； 6）妊娠期妇女； 7）无知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious suicidal tendency; 2. Patients with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other mental diseases, or depression secondary to other mental diseases or physical diseases; 3. The patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, blood, rheumatism, tumor, malnutrition and nervous system degeneration have brain organic diseases, and have a history of abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other psychoactive substances; 4. Patients who use any other antipsychotics, other antidepressants, mood stabilizers, anti anxiety drugs, central stimulants, immunomodulators, immunosuppressants and hormones during the study period; use systemic psychotherapy; use physical therapy such as MECT; and; 5. Patients with drug allergy or contraindications or previous ineffective use of such drugs; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Patients without informed consent.
