明确印堂骨膜针刺法对失眠症认知功能及睡眠的影响，通过其对大脑皮层兴奋的作用，探索其神经机制。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of Yintang periosteal acupuncture on cognitive function and sleep of insomnia, and explore its neural mechanism through its effect on the excitement of cerebral cortex.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

印堂骨膜针刺法：在印堂穴直上方约1-2cm取穴，针体于皮肤15°左右（以针感为度），平刺向下刺入印堂穴下20-30mm，至骨膜中，使患者两眉头之间至鼻部有沉重感、压迫感。每隔10-15分钟敲击20次左右，不可捻转。留针30分钟后起针。 印堂穴普通针刺：在印堂穴直上方约1-2cm取穴，针体于皮肤15°左右（以针感为度），提捏局部皮肤，平刺入印堂穴10-20mm，使之局部有酸麻胀感得气。留针30分钟后起针。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

◆符合 DSM-5 失眠障碍诊断标准。 ◆年龄 18-65 岁，包含 18、65，性别不限。 ◆病程符合持续性失眠障碍（病程≥3 个月）。 ◆失眠严重指数（ISI）＞7。 ◆右利手。 ◆签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

◆ comply with dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia. ◆ 18-65 years old, including 18 and 65, regardless of gender. ◆ the course of disease is consistent with persistent insomnia disorder (course of disease ≥ 3 months). ◆ insomnia severity index (ISI) > 7. ◆ right hand. ◆ sign informed consent.

排除标准：

◆其他精神疾病（抑郁症、焦虑症、精分、双相等）、躯体疾病（疼痛、脑卒中、冠心病、肿瘤等）等伴发的失眠。 ◆合并严重的抑郁、焦虑（PHQ-9 抑郁筛查≥20；GAD-7 焦虑筛查≥19）。 ◆睡眠卫生不良引起的失眠。 ◆时差、倒班等引起的失眠。 ◆睡眠呼吸暂停高风险者（Stop Bang 问卷≥3 项阳性判为高风险）。 ◆患有严重或不稳定、未控制良好的慢性疾病者，如高血压、肝肾功损害等。 ◆酒精、药物等物质依赖或滥用。 ◆有中枢神经系统疾病如癫痫、脑瘤、血管瘤、脑炎、急性脑损伤等病史。 ◆妊娠或哺乳期妇女、近期计划怀孕者。 ◆治疗部位 30cm 内有金属异物存在，如人工耳蜗、内置脉冲发生器、动脉瘤夹、支架等。 ◆入组前 2 周内规律服用任何影响中枢神经系统或睡眠的药物，如助眠药、抗抑郁药、抗精神类药、抗癫痫药等。 ◆入组前 1 月内已规律接受过 TMS、TDCS、ECT、针刺等治疗。 ◆严重视听障碍不能配合完成研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

◆ insomnia associated with other mental diseases (depression, anxiety, fine score, double equality), physical diseases (pain, stroke, coronary heart disease, tumor, etc.). ◆ complicated with severe depression and anxiety (PHQ-9 depression screening ≥ 20; GAD-7 anxiety screening ≥ 19). ◆ insomnia caused by poor sleep hygiene. ◆ insomnia caused by jet lag and shift work. ◆ people with high risk of sleep apnea (high risk if there are ≥ 3 positive items in the stop Bang questionnaire). ◆ people suffering from serious or unstable, uncontrolled chronic diseases, such as hypertension, liver and kidney function damage, etc. ◆ dependence or abuse of alcohol, drugs and other substances. ◆ have a history of central nervous system diseases such as epilepsy, brain tumor, hemangioma, encephalitis, acute brain injury, etc. ◆ pregnant or lactating women and those who plan to become pregnant in the near future. ◆ there are metal foreign bodies within 30cm of the treatment site, such as artificial cochlea, built-in pulse generator, aneurysm clip, stent, etc. ◆ regularly take any drugs that affect the central nervous system or sleep within 2 weeks before enrollment, such as sleeping aids, antidepressants, antipsychotics, antiepileptics, etc. ◆ regularly received TMS, tDCS, ect, acupuncture and other treatments within 1 month before enrollment. ◆ severe audio-visual impairment, unable to cooperate with the investigator to complete the study.

由主要研究者采用计算机随机法，通过excel表中的randbetween函数对1-72分别分配一个随机数，在一列上如C列的第一行输入“辅助列”，再另一列，如B列输入抬头“生成随机不重复的数据”；其次在C列的第二行输入函数公式“=RAND()*RAND()”下拉鼠标至73行生成数字；最后在B列的第二行输入函数公式“=RANK(C2,$C$2:$C$73)”对辅助列数字进行排序，即可生成72个随机整数。按照就诊顺序，单数入试验组、双数入对照组。
