研究目的：

本项目拟探索宫颈癌根治性手术后中医治疗手段的介入对于改善患者生活质量的作用。对于排尿困难患者，通过针灸治疗及盆底电生理刺激治疗，利用残余尿测定，尿动力学检测等量化指标及患者自觉症状，评估排尿困难改善程度。通过前瞻性队列研究，匹配其他高危因素，并进一步比较分析患者手术相关并发症及严重程度，比较不同组患者生活质量改善情况，客观数据测定情况，进行生存分析、生活质量评分的差异分析，验证传统中医治疗方式针对尿潴留治疗效果，为临床治疗提供循证医学依据，为临床治疗方案的选择提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in improving the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery. Patients with dysuria were treated with acupuncture and pelvic floor electrophysiological stimulation. Quantitative indicators such as residual urine test, urodynamic test and patient's conscious symptoms were used to evaluate the improvement of dysuria. Through prospective cohort study, matching other high-risk factors, and further comparative analysis of patients with surgical complications and severity, comparison of different groups of patients with quality of life improvement, objective data measurement, survival analysis, quality of life score difference analysis, to verify the traditional Chinese medicine treatment for urinary retention ,which can provide evidence-based medical basis for clinical treatment and provide basis for the selection ofclinical treatment scheme.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 20-60岁宫颈癌Ib1期-IIa2期行根治性子宫切除术，术后30-35天拔除尿管后出现尿潴留，残余尿测定连续两天大于100m的患者； 2. 手术记录证实手术方式为根治性全子宫切除术； 3. 预计生存期 12 个月以上； 4. 同意参加本试验，并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Radical hysterectomy was performed for cervical cancer stage Ib1-IIa2 aged 20-60. Urinary retention occurred 30-35 days after removal of the catheter. Residual urine measurements were performed for two consecutive days in patients over 100m; 2. Surgical Records confirmed that the operation was radical hysterectomy; 3. The expected survival period was more than 12 months; 4. Agree to participate in this trial. The informed consent has been signed.

排除标准：

1. 既往接受过盆腔放疗患者； 2. 未经手术病理证实的根治性全子宫切除术； 3. 既往有排尿障碍，尿失禁等症状或术前尿动力检测存在异常患者； 4. 存在严重尿路感染或存在膀胱阴道瘘的患者； 5.处于其他疾病急性期：意识障碍，体温大于38°C、生命体征不稳或急腹症等； 6. 重要脏器功能损害者：肝酶>2倍正常上限，肌酐>2倍正常上限，血淀粉酶>2倍正常上限，心功能3-4级等； 7. 脑部疾病，判定能力异常； 8. 药物及∕或酒精滥用； 9. 接受药物治疗的精神疾病患者； 10. 本研究开始前 4周内曾参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had received pelvic radiotherapy before; 2. Radical hysterectomy without pathological confirmation; 3. Patients with previous symptoms such as urinary dysfunction, urinary incontinence or abnormal preoperative urinary dynamic test; 4. Severe urinary tract infection or bladder-vaginal fistula; 5. In the acute stage of other diseases: disturbance of consciousness, body temperature greater than 38 degrees C, instability of vital signs or acute abdomen; 6. Important organ dysfunction: liver enzymes > 2 times normal upper limit, creatinine > 2 times normal upper limit, blood amylase > 2 times normal upper limit, cardiac function grade 3-4, etc.; 7. Brain diseases, abnormal judgment ability; 8. Drugs; Substance and/or alcohol abuse; 9. Psychiatric patients receiving medication; 10. Other clinical trials were conducted in the first four weeks of this study.
