研究目的：

耳穴穴位按摩对翼状胬肉术后患者的治疗效果。

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy of of auricular point acupressure for patients after pterygium surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients underwent pterygium surgery were randomly assigned into auricular group and control group. Stick the adhesive tape with (auricular group) or without (control group) vaccaria seeds. Patients were instructed to press auricular acupoints after surgery by themselves. Auricular therapy lasted for one week. Postoperative pain and corneal epithelium reconstruction were evaluated after surgery.

纳入标准：

符合翼状胬肉手术标准的病人。

Inclusion criteria

Patients scheduled for elective outpatient pterygium surgery.

排除标准：

耳穴发红、皮肤损伤、溃疡、长期使用精神药物、有过眼部手术史、视觉模拟评分(VAS)有沟通障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with redness, skin damage and ulceration in the ear acupoint, long-term use of mental, narcotic drugs, previous eye surgery history, communication difficulties on Visual analogue scale (VAS).
