研究目的：

探讨在六字诀调息法基础上，采用太极球联合八段锦运动对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后康复作用的研究，从而探索制定适合急性心肌梗死PCI术后康复治疗的中医养生保健方案，从中西医结合的角度，为急性心肌梗死PCI术后的康复治疗提供新的切入点。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of tai chi ball combined with eight-section brocade exercise on PCI postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction on the basis of the six-character formula, so as to explore the formulation of traditional chinese medicine health care program suitable for acute myocardial infarction PCI postoperative rehabilitation treatment, from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, to provide a new entry point for the rehabilitation treatment of acute myocardial infarction after operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）按照2010年8月中华医学会心血管病分会制定的《急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)诊断和治疗指南》符合急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断； （2）患者急性发病在24小时以内，并且成功行PCI术者； （3）年龄18-70岁患者，Killip分级I级或II级者； （4）自愿参加实验者愿配合应用太极球和八段锦运动康复治疗者； 同时符合以上四条标准者,纳入研究对象,并所有患者经签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) developed by the Cardiovascular Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in August 2010 conform to the diagnosis of Acute ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction; (2) The patient's acute onset was within 24 hours and the PCI was successfully performed; (3) Patients aged between 18 and 70 years with Killip grades I or II; (4) Those who volunteered to participate in the experiment were willing to cooperate with the rehabilitation therapy of Tai Chi Ball and Baduanjin Sports; Those who meet the above four criteria are included in the study, and all patients have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

符合以下任何一条，均不能参加本项目。 （1）过去8 h内新发或再发胸痛，未控制的高血压（静息收缩压>160mmHg或静息舒张压>100mmHg）； （2）经检查证实为主动脉夹层动脉瘤，风湿性心脏病，原发性心肌病，克山病，心肌炎，肺心病等非冠心病患者； （3）孕妇或哺乳期妇女； （4）有精神疾患、躯体、听力、语言等障碍无法接受调查的患者； （5）合并严重心肺功能不全、装有心脏起搏器、新发严重心律失常或心电图改变、肝肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病等影响生活质量的患者； （6）合并有感染性或非感染性炎症疾病患者； （7）近3个月参加其他临床研究的患者； （8）肢体活动障碍无法进行太极球及八段锦运动者。

Exclusion criteria：

in accordance with any of the following, can not participate in this project. (1) New or recurrent chest pain and uncontrolled hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg or resting diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg) during the past 8 years; (2) Aortic dissecting aneurysm, rheumatic heart disease, primary cardiomyopathy, Keshan disease, myocarditis, cor pulmonale, etc. (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with mental disorders, physical, hearing and language disorders who can not be investigated; (5) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, cardiac pacemaker, new severe arrhythmia or electrocardiogram changes, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, etc. (6) Patients with infectious or non-infectious inflammatory diseases; (7) Patients who participated in other clinical studies for nearly three months; (8) Persons with physical dyskinesia who are unable to perform Tai Chi ball and Baduanjin exercise.
