研究目的:

本试验的结果将探讨针灸和LF-rTMS对中风后患者的神经成像机制和临床效果,并有助于更好地优化临床康复处方。

Objectives of Study:

The results of this trial will explore the neuroimaging mechanism and clinical effect of the combined use of acupuncture plus LF-rTMS in post-stroke patients and help to better optimize clinical rehabilitative prescriptions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

纳入标准:

1.经计算机断层扫描或磁共振成像检查确认为中风; 2.单侧偏瘫; 3.体征稳定的; 4.年龄>18岁; 5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Have cerebral infarction confirmed by a computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging examination; 2.Unilateral hemiplegia due to stroke; 3.With stable physical sign; 4.Aged >18 years; 5.Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.存在阳性神经史和遗留神经缺陷; 2.中风发作后两周内的; 3.存在严重心脏、肾脏、肝脏、胃肠道、传染病、内分泌疾病或癌症; 4.最小认知精神状态检查(MMSE)<=9; 5.心脏起搏器,脑金属植入物或头骨缺陷; 6.研究依从性较差。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Presence of a positive neurological history and residual neurological defects; 2.Within 2 weeks after stroke onset; 3.Presence of serious heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, infectious, endocrine disease or cancer; 4.Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)<=9; 5.With cardiac pacemakers, metal implants in the brain or skull defects; 6.Study compliance was poor.
