研究目的：

（1）探讨中医药干预湿证型糖尿病前期人群的临床疗效,明确中医药对糖尿病前期人群的作用及其对疾病转归的影响。 （2）探索糖尿病前期人群湿证证候的内在发生机制。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on the people with Impaired Glucose Regulation and Dampness Syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合西医诊断标准； ②可疑糖尿病前期患者经2周的洗脱期，仍符合诊断标准者； ③符合中医辨证标准； ④18岁＜年龄 ≦75岁； ⑤受试者知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnostic criteria of Impaired Glucose Regulation were met; 2. Patients with suspected prediabetes still meet the diagnostic criteria after 2 weeks of washing out period; 3. It is in accordance with the diagnostic standard of dampness syndrome; 4. Over 18 years old and less than or equal to 75 years old; 5. The subjects had informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①妊娠或乳期或准备怀孕的妇女。 ②过敏体质或对本药中药物组成成分过敏。 ③严重肝肾功异常(肝酶升高超过正常值上限的2倍及以上；eGFR小于25ml/min)。 ④合并贫血(血红蛋白Hb小于120g/L)及低蛋白血症（血浆白蛋白低于35g/L）。 ⑤不能严格遵守及自觉配合本试验研究要求者。 ⑥服用激素、库欣综合征等继发性血糖升高者。 ⑦达糖尿病诊断者；或有恶性肿瘤或精神疾病者；或有其它严重原发性疾病； ⑧既往曾有心脑血管事件发生者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A woman who is pregnant or lactating or is ready to conceive; 2. Allergic constitution or allergic to the components of the drug; 3. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function (liver enzyme increase more than 2 times of the upper limit of normal value; EGFR less than 25 ml / min); 4. Anemia and hypoproteinemia; 5. Cannot strictly comply with and consciously cooperate with the research requirements of this experiment; 6. Secondary hyperglycemia caused by hormones, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; 7. hose diagnosed with diabetes; Or having a malignant tumor or mental illness; Or have other serious primary disease 8. There were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the past.
