研究目的：

通过开展随机、开放性、前瞻性、对照的多中心临床研究，来观察常规药物治疗基础上联合创新型“五禽戏”运动训练能否对早期PD患者改善或延缓运动并发症的临床疗效，同时评价其安全性。

Objectives of Study：

We design this random, open, prospective, control, multi-center study in which we would observe the effect of the innovative Wuqinxi exercie intervention in combination with the routine medication treatment on alleviating or delaying the motor complications in patients at early stage of Parkinson's disease. In addition, we would evaluate the safety of this therapy strategy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合2015年国际运动障碍协会PD诊断标准的PD患者； （2）H-Y分级为 1-2级； （3）药物治疗稳定，能独立行走者 （4）患者或其法定监护人同意参加本试验，并在知情同意书上签字。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who has been clinically diagnosed with PD according to the 2015 international MDS PD criteria. (2) patients at H-Y grade of 1 and 2 level. (3) patients that have been treated with stable anti Parkinson medications and could walk independently. (4) patients or their legal guardians have agreed to participated in the clinical study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有运动习惯，或患者并非五禽戏运动初学者； (2) 研究者认为不适合参加； （3）年龄小于40岁或年龄大于75岁； （4）非原发性PD患者，或有严重器质性疾病(心脏病、高血压、肺结核、肾炎等)； （5）已接受相关外科手术治疗的PD患者（包括苍白球损毁术、丘脑损毁术、脑深部电刺激）； （6）存在认知障碍，MMSE评分<24分； （7) 严重骨关节疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients that have exercise habits or have engaged in Wuqinxi exercise before the study recruitment; (2) patients whom the researchers considered not suitable for this study; (3) patients who were diagnosed with atypical parkinsonism or secondary parkinsonism or hereditary Parkinson disease.
