研究目的：

⑴明确taVNS治疗缓解期MDD，预防复发的效果。 ⑵比较taVNS组和假taVNS组6个月治疗前后缓解期MDD患者的多模态磁共振的改变，探讨taVNS调节MDD的神经环路。 ⑶比较taVNS组和假taVNS组治疗6月前后及随访1年后的激素水平和炎症标志物随时间的变化，并与脑影像指标做相关分析，探讨taVNS对炎症的改善及与脑功能改变的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of taVNS in the treatment of remission MDD and prevent recurrence. To compare alterations in MRI between taVNS group and sham taVNS group before and after 6 month treatment. To compare alterations in hormonal levels and inflammatory markers over time between taVNS group and sham-taVNS group before and after 6 month treatment and 1 year follow-up.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① MDD诊断采用DSM-IV轴I精神障碍定式临床访谈（Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV Axis I Disorders，SCID-I/P）进行评估，据DSM-IV诊断标准确诊MDD； ② 年龄在18-60岁之间； ③ HAMD≤7分以及焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）≤7分（持续两周以上）； ④ 文化程度为初中以上； ⑤ 右利手，符合中国人利手量表（Chinese Hand Preference Questionnaire，CHPQ）标准； ⑥ 自愿参加，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ICD-10 diagnosis standard of a depressive episode; (2) Aged 18 and 60 years; (3) Hamilton Anxiety ScaleHAMA≤7 Meets; (4) Junior high or higher level education; (5) Right-handed; (6) Signing informed consent.

排除标准：

① 妊娠期和哺乳期妇女； ② 最近一个月内接受过无抽搐电休克治疗、抗精神病或抗抑郁药物治疗； ③ 存在自杀观念或有自杀行为者；严重的兴奋、冲动不合作的患者； ④ 有药物成瘾史； ⑤ 体内有金属异物（如金属假牙、心脏起搏器等）影响磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Ongoing addiction to drugs and alcohol; (2) Organic mental disorder; (3) Drug-induced depression; (4) Pregnant women; (5) Postpartum depression.
