研究目的：

本课题旨在通过观察拢蒙沙喉散对活动期风塔不足证类风湿关节炎患者的DAS28评分、证候积分量表、患者结局临床报告、关节功能分级、外用药局部不良反应评价量表等的影响，初步探讨拢蒙沙喉散对类风湿关节炎（风塔不足证）的关节局部症状、体征的改善作用以及不良反应，为今后深入研究和临床推广拢蒙沙喉散奠定基础，为临床上傣药外治法治疗类风湿关节炎提供新的药物。

Objectives of Study：

This topic aims to observe all active mensah throat are Fengtabuzu syndrome DAS28 rating of deficiency syndrome in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, syndrome integral scale and outcome in patients with clinical report, joint function classification, the influence of the external use local reactions evaluation scale, preliminarily approach mensah throat scattered on rheumatoid arthritis(Fengtabuzu syndrome)joints, the improvement of local symptoms, signs and adverse reactions, and for the future further research and clinical promotion approach mensah throat spread foundation, external treatment of dai medicine clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (ra) to provide new drugs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合2010年ACR/EULAR的RA诊断标准； （2）符合风塔不足证证型诊断标准； （3）年龄在18-70岁之间，性别不限； （4）双手关节X线分期属Ⅰ、Ⅱ期，关节功能分级属Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级； （5）2.6分＜DAS28评分＜5.1分； （6）至少存在双腕关节疼痛或肿胀； （7）使用激素、激素疑似物或生物制剂患者需要停药3个月以上； （8）入组前至少1周未使用非甾体类抗炎或外用镇痛药。 （9）自愿受试，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the 2010 ACR/EULAR DIAGNOSTIC criteria for RA; (2) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of Fengtabuzu syndrome; (3) Between the ages of 18 and 70, regardless of gender; (4) the hands joint X-ray stage I and II, joint function class I and II, III; (5) 2.6 < DAS28 < 5.1; (6) Pain or swelling of at least two wrists; (7) Patients who use hormones, hormone-suspected substances or biological agents need to stop taking drugs for more than 3 months; (8) No non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or topical analgesics were used at least 1 week before enrollment. (9) Voluntary subjects signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他风湿免疫性疾病者，如系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、严重骨关节炎等； （2）合并心血管、肺部、肝脏、胃肠道、肾脏、造血系统或肿瘤等严重疾病，或合并各种急慢性感染或其他传染性疾病（肝炎、结核等）； （3）受试关节局部皮肤破损、感染或外伤未愈者； （4）对甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗无反应者； （5）有试验药物禁忌症（肺间质纤维化等）、过敏史； （6）有酗酒、吸毒史或神经精神异常病史（癫痫、抑郁症等）； （7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，近期有生育计划； （8）正在参与其它药物临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other rheumatic immune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, and severe osteoarthritis; (2) Complicated with cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver, gastrointestinal, kidney, hematopoietic system or tumor, or complicated with various acute or chronic infections or other infectious diseases (hepatitis, tuberculosis, etc.); (3) Local skin damage, infection or trauma of the tested joint is not healed; (4) Those who did not respond to the treatment of methotrexate or leflunomide; (5) A history of contraindications to experimental drugs (pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, etc.) and allergies; (6) A history of alcoholism, drug addiction or neuropsychiatric disorders (epilepsy, depression, etc.); (7) Pregnant or lactating women who have recently had family planning; (8) Participating in other drug clinical studies.
