研究目的：

建立阿尔茨海默病阴虚证病证结合诊断模型，探究其临床特征、证候核心要素及演变规律。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to establish a diagnosis model of Alzheimer's disease (AD) with Yin deficiency syndrome and explore the clinical characteristics, core elements of syndrome and evolution law.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄50-85岁； （2）符合美国国立老化研究所和阿尔茨海默病协会（NIA-AA）阿尔茨海默病的核心临床诊断标准，或阿尔茨海默病所致轻度认知障碍（MCI）的核心临床诊断标准（2011年）； （3）小学毕业及以上文化程度，能完成相关测试及检查； （4）简易精神状态检查总分?27分；临床痴呆评定量表评分为?0.5；哈金斯基缺血量表总分≦4分； （5）本人自愿及法定监护人同意参加，并共同签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 50-85 years; (2) Meet the core clinical diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease of the National Institute on aging and the Alzheimer's Association (nia-aa), or the core clinical diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) caused by Alzheimer's disease (2011); (3) Graduated from primary school or above, able to complete relevant tests and inspections; (4) The total score of mini mental state examination < 27; the score of clinical dementia rating scale >= 0.5; the total score of haginsky ischemia scale <= 4; (5) Voluntary participation and consent of legal guardian,jointly sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）其他原因引起的痴呆； （2）有视听功能障碍，不能完成测试； （3）有其他精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Dementia caused by other reasons; (2) Visual and auditory impairment and could not complete the test; (3) Other mental disorders.
