研究目的：

评价早期针刺干预治疗拟诊泌尿系结石肾绞痛的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of early acupuncture intervention in the treatment of renal colic with suspected urinary calculi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.拟诊泌尿系结石肾绞痛； 2.年龄18～80岁； 3.中重度疼痛（NRS≥4）患者； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. To be diagnosed with urinary calculi and renal colic; 2. Age 18 to 80 years old; 3. Patients with moderate to severe pain (NRS>=4); 4. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.就诊前6h曾接受过镇痛治疗者； 2.因肿瘤、类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎等其他原因导致的慢性疼痛者； 3.血液系统疾病：如血友病，凝血障碍的患者；血小板减少（＜50×10^9/L）；使用抗凝药物者； 4.既往对针刺有严重不良反应者； 5.针刺部位皮肤感染者； 6.有精神性疾病或有药物滥用史，或有严重的认知缺损者； 7.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have received analgesia 6 hours before treatment; 2. Chronic pain due to tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and other reasons; 3. Hematological diseases: such as hemophilia, patients with coagulation disorders; thrombocytopenia (<50×10^9/L); those who use anticoagulant drugs; 4. Those who have had serious adverse reactions to acupuncture in the past; 5. Patients with skin infection at the acupuncture site; 6. Those with mental illness or history of drug abuse, or with severe cognitive impairment; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
