研究目的：

拟通过加减归脾汤治疗cblC型MMA认知功能损害的临床研究，评价归脾汤治疗cblC型MMA认知功能损害的有效性及安全性，为治疗MMA认知功能损害提供新的辅助药物。

Objectives of Study：

Through the clinical study of modified Guipi decoction in the treatment of cognitive impairment of cblC MMA, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guipi decoction in the treatment of cognitive impairment of cblC MMA, and to provide new adjuvant drugs for the treatment of cognitive impairment of MMA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合心脾两虚型cblC型MMA诊断； 2.伴有认知功能损害的并发症，（WISC-IV）量表分数智商低于90； 3.年龄在1~6岁龄； 4.患儿法定监护人签署知情同意书，并愿意接受中药治疗和临床调查。

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis of MMA was consistent with cblC type of deficiency of both heart and spleen; 2.With complications of cognitive impairment, (WISC-IV) scale score IQ below 90; 3.The age ranged from 1 to 6 years old; 4.The legal guardian of the child signed the informed consent and was willing to accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment and clinical investigation.

排除标准：

1.存在合并严重的视力障碍、听力障碍、心脑血管疾病者； 2.合并严重影响认知功能的其他疾病，如甲状腺功能减退症、脑积水者； 3.合并重症感染、肝肾功能异常及代谢紊乱者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe visual impairment, hearing impairment and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were present; 2.Patients with other diseases that seriously affect cognitive function, such as hypothyroidism and hydrocephalus; 3.Patients with severe infection, abnormal liver and kidney function and metabolic disorder.

采用完全随机设计分组对照的方法，依纳入先后顺序将病例进行编号，由专人查随机数字表将其分为两组，单数代表A组，双数代表B组。符合纳入标准的患儿按纳入时间先后顺序随机分组，并依照分组情况进行对应药物的发放。

1.试验前统一培训研究人员，熟练掌握试验实施流程及具体操作方法； 2.试验过程中，由试验人员定期检查、考核研究情况； 3.病例入选时评价及后期疗效评价，由专门评估人员评估，且保证每例患儿前后评估均由同一评估人员评估； 4.临床观察表格的填写，按照具体规定要求，试验前进行详细说明和规定。
