研究目的：

探讨和比较传统针刺治疗和结合感觉训练的针刺治疗对姿势控制的影响及其脑机制。

Objectives of Study：

The aims of present trial are to explore and compare the effects on postural control between traditional acupuncture and acupuncture with sensory discrimination training component, and the underlying brain mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性非特异性腰痛的诊断标准； 2.年龄 18-65 岁； 3.右利手； 4.一周内数字疼痛分级量表评分≥3 分； 5.知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of non-specific low back pain; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Right handedness; 4. Numerical rating scale (NRS)>=3 in the past week; 5. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有腰椎相关手术史或脊柱手术等待名单； 2.严重的器质性病变、精神异常和精神或神经障碍； 3.听觉、视觉或沟通障碍； 4.孕妇、哺乳期妇女； 5.MRI禁忌症，如幽闭恐怖症、植入心脏起搏器等金属制品； 6.凝血障碍； 7.对针头和酒精过敏或害怕针灸； 8.最近1个月曾接受针灸或按摩治疗； 9.在过去3个月内参加过其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of lumbar spine-related surgery or a waiting list for spine surgery; 2. Severe organic lesions, mental disorders and mental or neurological disorders; 3. Hearing, visual or communication impairment; 4. Pregnant women and lactating women; 5. MRI contraindications, such as claustrophobia, implanted cardiac pacemakers and other metal products; 6. Coagulation disorders; 7. Allergic to needles and alcohol or afraid of acupuncture; 8. Have received acupuncture or massage therapy in the last month; 9. Participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months.
