研究目的：

本研究通过观察中药联合针刺治疗前后患者癌因性疲乏评分、中医证候评分、生活质量评分变化以及免疫功能检测等相关实验室指标，评价中医综合疗法对肺癌患者癌因性疲乏及生存质量改善的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of TCM combined therapy in patients with lung cancer due to fatigue and improved quality of life by observing relevant laboratory indexes such as cancer-related fatigue score, TCM syndrome score, quality of life score and immune function index before and after acupuncture treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）经病理或细胞学诊断的肺癌患者 （2）符合癌因性疲乏的诊断标准； （3）预计生存期超过 3 个月； （4）ECOG 评分≤2分； （5）年龄≥ 18，≤74岁，性别不限； （6）无手术适应症或不愿意行手术治疗者； （7）停止放、化疗超过 1 个月； （8）同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Lung cancer patients diagnosed by pathology or cytology 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cancer related fatigue; 3. An estimated lifetime of more than 3 months; 4. ECOG score <= 2; 5. Aged >= 18 and <= 74 years, sex unlimited; 6. Those who have no indication of surgery or are unwilling to undergo surgical treatment; 7. Patients who stopped radiotherapy and chemotherapy for more than 1 month; 8. Patients who agree to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）任何可能阻碍受试者完成临床试验过程的情况，包括但不限于严重、难以控制的器质性病变或感染： （2）合并中度以上贫血者（血红蛋白<90g/l） （3）疼痛数字评定量表NRS评分≥3分 （4）伴有症状的、不易控制的神经、精神疾病或精神障碍患者或医院综合抑郁焦虑量表评分≥8分

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any circumstances, including, but not limited to, serious, uncontrollable organic lesions or infections, that may prevent the subjects from completing the clinical trial: 2. Patients with moderate or above anemia (hemoglobin<90g/l); 3. Pain Digital Assessment Scale NRS Score >= 3; 4. A score of 8 >= for patients with symptomatic, uncontrollable neurological, mental illness or mental disorders or hospital general depression and anxiety scales.
