研究目的：

通过床边重症超声手段评价基于“子午流注-中医时间医学”理论指导下的新型营养支持方案对慢重症（CCI）患者的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effects of a nutrition support program based on the theory of "ZIWULIUZHU" by Point-of-Care Ultrasound in CCI paitents

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合CCI诊断； 2.年龄大于18岁，小于85岁，性别不限； 3.接受肠内和/或肠外支持治疗； 4.无严重代谢性疾病和消化道其他疾病，如放射性肠炎、短肠综合征等； 5.知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosis with CCI; 2. Aged 18 to 85 years male or female; 3. Patients with enteral and/or parenteral nutrition treatment; 4. Patients without serious metabolic disease and digestive disease such as radiation enteritis and short bowel syndrome; 5. Patients been informed and volunteer consent.

排除标准：

1.ICU滞留时间小于14天； 2.机械性肠梗阻、消化道大出血； 3.拒绝或者不能耐受EN营养支持； 4.频临死亡或复苏失败、无法配合或拒绝完成相关检查； 5.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 6.入组后1月内死亡； 7.未使用EN营养支持； 8.正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with ICU-day less than 14 days; 2. Patients with mechanical intestinal obstruction and gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Patients refused or intolerated EN/PN; 4. Patients in terminal stage or refused to complete trial; 5. Patients under gestation or lactation.
