研究目的：

探讨薯蓣粥对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖和妊娠结局的影响，通过观察薯蓣粥对血糖及妊娠结局指标来评价其影响，为薯蓣粥在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的推广应用提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of yam gruel on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, and to evaluate the effect of yam gruel on blood glucose and pregnancy outcomes, so as to provide scientific basis for the promotion and application of yam gruel in gestational diabetes patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合《妊娠合并糖尿病诊治指南（2014版）》GDM诊断标准； 2. 自然受孕； 3. 单胎妊娠； 4. 妊娠24～28周的孕妇； 5. 定期产检且建立完善孕妇保健手册者； 6. 知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the GDM diagnostic criteria for the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy with Diabetes (2014 Edition); 2. Natural conception 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Pregnant women aged 24 weeks and above; 5. Regular check-ups and establish a comprehensive maternal health care manual; 6. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 山药过敏者； 2. 妊娠合并其他并发症者； 3. 经医生诊断已达到服用影响胰岛素分泌药物者； 4. 正在接受其他饮食疗法者； 5. 有认知障碍及精神疾病病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who are allergic to yam; 2. People who are pregnancy accompanied by other complications; 3. People who are diagnosed by a doctor has reached the drug that affects insulin secretion; 4. People who are receiving other dietary therapies; 5. Patients who have cognitive impairment or mental illness.
