研究目的：

运用推拿疗法对受试者进行干预治疗，通过生物电阻抗法测量受试者的骨骼肌质量指数，评价患者肌肉质量及功能的恢复情况，分析推拿疗法治疗2型糖尿病骨骼肌病变的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Massage therapy was used to intervene the subjects, and the skeletal muscle mass index of the subjects was measured by bioelectrical impedance method to evaluate the recovery of the patients' muscle quality and function, and to analyze the curative effect of massage therapy on type 2 diabetes skeletal muscle disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述糖尿病和肌少症的诊断标准； （2）年龄在50~70岁； （3）意识清醒，生命体征平稳者； （4）本人或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for diabetes and myopenia; (2) Age range from 50 to 70 years old; (3) Those with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; (4) I or my family sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并甲亢、恶性肿瘤、肝硬化、慢性肾病、风湿疾病等可以引起肌少症的疾病的患者； （2）长期服用激素类等药物的受试者； （3）因糖尿病足长期卧床等引起废用性肌萎缩的患者； （4）因身体残疾患有影响握力和步速或正常起坐患者； （5）妊娠及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with sarcopenia caused by diseases such as hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, and rheumatic diseases; (2) Subjects who have been taking hormones and other drugs for a long time; (3) Patients with disuse muscular atrophy caused by long-term bed rest of diabetes foot; (4) Patients with physical disabilities that affect grip strength and walking speed or normal sitting up; (5) Pregnant and lactating women.
