研究目的：

1、开展精准化的慢性疲劳综合征中医特色干预方案临床疗效、安全性、预后转归等指标的规范化RCT研究，形成高级别临床证据； 2、最终提供慢性疲劳综合精准化的防诊治方案和临床决策。

Objectives of Study：

1. To carry out the standardized RCT research on the clinical efficacy, safety, prognosis and other indicators of the precise intervention program of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic atigue syndrome, and form high-level clinical evidence; 2. Finally, provide accurate prevention and treatment plan and clinical decision-making of chronic fatigue syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合慢性疲劳综合征诊断标准； ② 男女不限； ③ 23岁≤年龄≤60岁； ④ 知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the diagnostic criteria of chronic fatigue syndrome; 2. Men and women are not limited; 3. Aged 23-60 years; 4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

① 有明确诊断的器质性疾病的继发性疲劳者； ② 有重度情感障碍或精神病史或精神病家族史者； ③ 体内有金属植入而不可进行MRI检查者； ④ 2周内服用过泻药、抗生素、益生菌制剂者； ⑤ 怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary fatigue with definite diagnosis of organic disease; 2. Patients with severe affective disorder or psychiatric history or family history of psychosis; 3. There are metal implants in vivo without MRI examination; 4. Those who took laxatives, antibiotics and probiotics within 2 weeks; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
