研究目的：

1、基于micRNA-451a调控IL6/STAT下游信号通路影响凝血功能来探讨针刺全周期疗法对IVF-ET反复种植失败血栓前状态的作用机制； 2、并为中医临床治疗反复种植失败血栓前状态提供部分证据支持及疗效评价参考。

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the effect of mirna-451a regulating IL6 / STAT downstream signal pathway on coagulation function, the mechanism of acupuncture whole cycle therapy on prethrombotic state of IVF-ET repeated implantation failure was explored. 2. And provide some evidence support and curative effect evaluation reference for clinical treatment of repeated implant failure prethrombotic state.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(l) 符合西医及中医诊断标准的患者； (2) 取卵术后，己获得胚胎质量为1-2级优胚的患者； (3) 年龄在20-40岁之间； (4) 患者有自主能力，同意接受本研究治疗方案、服从研究安排，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Patients who have obtained excellent embryos of grade 1-2 after oocyte retrieval; 3. Patients aged 20-40 years; 4. Patients have independent ability, agree to accept the treatment plan of this study, obey the research arrangement, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 排除器质性疾病或其他内分泌疾病：女性生殖器 畸形，包括子宫畸形(单角子宫、双角子宫、纵膈子宫和双子宫)、子宫肌腺症、黏膜下肌瘤和宫腔粘连、高泌乳素血症、甲功异常等生殖内分泌疾病和自身免疫疾病等； (2) 合并有肝肾、脑血管、心血管和造血障碍等原发性疾病,精神病患者； (3) 对阿司匹林或其它水杨酸盐或药物的其它成分过敏者； (4) 存在胃、十二指肠溃疡或胃肠道出血史或其它禁用阿司匹林的情况的患者； (5) 资料不全等影响判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients under 20 years old or over 40 years old; 2. Patients with organic diseases or other endocrine diseases were excluded: female genital malformations, including uterine malformations (single horn uterus, double horn uterus, mediastinal uterus and double uterus), adenomyosis, submucosal myoma and intrauterine adhesions, hyperprolactinemia, abnormal thyroid function and other reproductive endocrine diseases and autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with primary diseases such as liver and kidney, cerebrovascular, cardiovascular and hematopoietic disorders, and psychosis; 4. Patients allergic to aspirin or other salicylates or other components of drugs; 5. Patients with history of gastric or duodenal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding or other cases of aspirin forbidden; 6. Data were incomplete.

先按进入临床试验的合格受试者的顺序预先编写好数字顺序表，运用SPSS统计软件按照治疗组：对照组=1:1的随机分组，设定生成随机数字。首先执行“数据-选择个案”， 进入个案之后，点击“随机个案样本-样本”，设定样本尺寸。将受试者分配至治疗组和对照组。产生的随机分组结果用信封密封，按照纳入先后次序依次拆开随机信封取得随机号。
