研究目的：

卒中后抑郁是脑卒中后出现情绪低落、兴趣下降等抑郁症状，是临床发病率较高的继发疾病，严重影响卒中病人的恢复状况，减缓甚至加重病人的疾病进程，加重病人及家属身体及心理上的双重压力，但临床对于卒中后抑郁仍缺乏重视，导致诊断及治疗不及时，延误患者病情，而且由于患者对本病认识不足，更易产生消极观念，依从性变差，更易加重卒中病人的病情，影响后期康复治疗。对卒中后抑郁病人给予早期的干预与治疗对病人的功能康复及预后状况具有极大的帮助，因此，在临床上，我们应高度重视对卒中后抑郁患者的早期干预。

Objectives of Study：

Post-stroke depression is a depressive symptom such as depression and decreased interest after stroke, which is a secondary disease with a high clinical incidence, which seriously affects the recovery status of stroke patients, slows down or even aggravates the patient's disease process, aggravates the physical and psychological double pressure of patients and their families, but the clinical depression after stroke still lacks attention, resulting in untimely diagnosis and treatment, delaying the patient's condition, and because the patient has insufficient understanding of the disease, it is more likely to produce negative concepts, and the compliance becomes worse, which is more likely to aggravate the condition of the stroke patient. Affects later rehabilitation. Early intervention and treatment of post-stroke depressed patients is of great help to the patient's functional rehabilitation and prognosis, therefore, clinically, we should attach great importance to the early intervention of post-stroke depressed patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述诊断标准，7＜HAMD≤24分；②年龄在18-75岁之间；③且近2周未经过抗抑郁的药物治疗；④虽有其他内外科疾病但肯定与抑郁症无直接联系，且这些疾患所用的治疗药物均非精神药物；⑤患者本人或家属同意参与本次调查研究，签署知情同意书；⑥辨证分型属于肝郁脾虚者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria, 7<HAD≤ 24 points; (2) Be between 18-75 years old; (3) and have not undergone antidepressant drug treatment in the past 2 weeks; (4) Although there are other medical and surgical diseases, there is certainly no direct connection with depression, and the treatment drugs used for these diseases are not psychotropic drugs; (5) The patient or his family agrees to participate in the investigation and research and sign the informed consent form; (6) The dialectical classification belongs to the liver depression and spleen deficiency.

排除标准：

①不符合以上中西医诊断标准。②年龄在18岁以下，75岁以上；③妊娠期、喷乳期妇女④同时患有其它精神类疾病。如：躁狂症、精神分裂症等⑤目前患有严重呼吸、心血管、消化、血液系统等原发疾病者⑥近期内患有严重感染或曾进行手术者⑦有自杀倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Does not meet the above diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. (2) Be under 18 years old and over 75 years old; (3) Women during pregnancy and lactation (4) also suffer from other psychiatric diseases. Such as: mania, schizophrenia, etc. (5) currently suffering from severe respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, blood system and other primary diseases (6) recent serious infections or have undergone surgery (7) suicidal tendencies.
