研究目的：

本研究旨在对高压氧舱联合头皮针治疗急性脑梗死的疗效进行评价，探究头针与高压氧的有机结合是否具有更优的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen chamber combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and to explore whether the organic combination of scalp acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen has better clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述诊断标准； ②发病14天以内； ③18-80岁； ④签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. in line with the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Onset within 14 days; 3. Aged 18-80 years old; 4. signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①大面积脑梗死去骨瓣减压术后； ②经降压药物治疗收缩压仍超过180mmHg、舒张压仍超过120mmHg的高血压患者； ③幽闭恐惧症者、烦躁不能合作者以及因闭角型青光眼、咽鼓管阻塞等原因不宜行高压氧治疗者； ④生命体征不平稳者； ⑤头部外伤、手术史或头部严重皮肤病，不能行头皮针治疗者； ⑥有高压氧治疗禁忌证者； ⑦合并颅内出血、颅内占位、恶性肿瘤、未控制的癫痫、精神疾患、凝血功能异常或其它严重的未控制的伴随疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. After decompression of large area cerebral infarction; 2. Hypertensive patients with systolic blood pressure still over 180mmHg and diastolic blood pressure still over 120mmHg were treated with antihypertensive drugs; 3. claustrophobia, anxiety can not cooperate and because of angular-closure glaucoma, eustachian tube obstruction and other reasons are not suitable for hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 4. the vital signs are not stable; 5. Head trauma, surgical history or severe skin disease of the head, cannot be treated with scalp acupuncture; 6. There are hyperbaric oxygen treatment contraindications; 7. with intracranial hemorrhage, intracranial space occupation, malignant tumors, uncontrolled epilepsy, mental disorders, abnormal coagulation function or other serious uncontrolled concomitant diseases.
