研究目的：

1、 本研究选取符合入组标准的精神分裂症患者，对其在药物治疗的基础上给予特定穴位的针灸治疗，测定其治疗前后血清IL--2、IL- 6的水平，并与疾病严重程度和治疗效果进行对比，以期为精神分裂症的诊断找到一种新的生物学指标，为治疗提供新的思路和方法。 2、入组的精神分裂患者在常规药物治疗的同时每周三次给于针灸治疗，分别测定其针灸治疗前后的IL6和IL2的水平并做自身比较，预计治疗后患者血清IL6水平下降，IL2水平增高，而且这种差异有统计学意义。 3、对入组的研究对象，取太冲、百会、足三里、关元这四个穴位进行针灸治疗，在第一次针灸治疗前后分别测定其血清IL6和IL2的水平，并进行比较，预计第一次治疗后其血清IL6和IL2的水平和治疗前比较会有较大差异。

Objectives of Study：

1. In order to find a new biological index for the diagnosis of schizophrenia and provide a new way of thinking and method for the treatment, this study select schizophrenic patients who met the criteria of admission, give them acupuncture treatment at specific points on the basis of drug treatment, measure the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 before and after treatment, and compare them with the severity of the disease and the effect of treatment. 2. The level of IL-6 and IL-2 before and after acupuncture treatment are measured and compared with each other. It is predicted that the level of IL-6 in serum will decrease and the level of IL-2 will increase after treatment, and the difference is statistically significant. 3. For the subjects, Taichong, Baihui, Zusanli and Guanyuan acupoints are selected for acupuncture treatment. Before and after the first acupuncture treatment, the levels of serum IL6 and IL2 are measured and compared. It is expected that the levels of serum IL6 and IL2 after the first treatment will be significantly different from those before the treatment.

排除感染、过敏、自体免疫性疾病、中枢神经系统退行性改变的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with infection, allergy, autoimmune diseases and central nervous system degeneration were excluded.
