研究目的：

（1）采用直观的红外热像技术与客观公认的评定标准相结合的疗效评价体系评估调神针法对产后腰痛的影响，为验证调神针法对产后腰痛的疗效提供可靠的科研依据。 （2）优选出经济有效而规范的产后腰痛治疗方案，身心同治，对于缓解产后腰痛、降低产后抑郁的发生率和提高产后腰痛患者的生活质量，最大限度的减少卫生资源的浪费具有现实意义。

Objectives of Study：

(1) the efficacy evaluation system combining intuitive infrared thermal imaging technology with objectively recognized evaluation criteria was adopted to evaluate the effect of tiaoshen acupuncture on postpartum low back pain, providing reliable scientific basis for verifying the efficacy of tiaoshen acupuncture on postpartum low back pain; (2) it is of practical significance to optimize the economic, effective and standardized treatment plan for postpartum low back pain, and treat both body and mind, which can alleviate postpartum low back pain, reduce the incidence of postpartum depression, improve the quality of life of postpartum low back pain patients, and minimize the waste of health resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合产后腰痛诊断标准； ②年龄22～40岁； ③愿意接受本方案治疗； ④并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. in line with the diagnostic criteria for postpartum low back pain; 2. Aged 22~40 years; 3. Willing to accept the treatment program; 4. And sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①确诊为风湿性相关疾病； ②合并其它严重疾病及精神疾患者； ③血压、血糖、血脂异常者； ④未按规定疗程进行针刺或未遵从医嘱； ⑤同时服用治疗本病有关的药物或其他治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. diagnosed as rheumatic related diseases; 2. persons with other serious diseases and mental disorders; 3. abnormal blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids; 4. failure to perform acupuncture according to the prescribed course of treatment or failure to follow the doctor's advice; 5. Taking drugs or other treatments for the disease.
