Objectives of Study：

The cross-sectional survey method was used to study the intestinal flora and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

暴露组 1) 确诊糖尿病足溃疡者； 2) 年龄在 40 至 80 岁，性别不限； 3) 病人知情同意，并签署知情同意书； 非暴露组 1) 确诊糖尿病, 无溃疡者； 2) 年龄在 40 至 80 岁，性别不限； 3) 病人知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Exposure group 1) Those who are diagnosed with diabetic foot ulcers; 2) Age from 40 to 80 years old, no gender limit; 3) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form. Non-exposed group 1) Those who are diagnosed with diabetic, but no foot ulcers; 2) Age from 40 to 80 years old, no gender limit; 3) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

暴露组 1) 排除严重心律失常、房颤、心衰患者； 2) 排除有严重肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统、呼吸系统等原发性疾病的。 患者； 3) 排除近 3 个月内急性脑卒中或心肌梗死患者； 4) 排除大便异常的患者； 5) 排除正在服用抗生素的患者； 6) 排除孕妇。 非暴露组 1) 排除近 3 个月内急性脑卒中或心肌梗死患者； 2) 排除有严重肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统、呼吸系统等原发性疾病的 患者； 3) 排除大便异常的患者； 4) 排除正在服用抗生素的患者； 5) 排除孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Exposure group 1) Exclude patients with severe arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure; 2) Exclude severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, respiratory system, etc. patient; 3) Exclude patients with acute stroke or myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; 4) Exclude patients with abnormal stools; 5) Exclude patients who are taking antibiotics; 6) Exclude pregnant women. Non-exposed group 1) Exclude patients with acute stroke or myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; 2) Exclude severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, respiratory system, etc. patient; 3) Exclude patients with abnormal stools; 4) Exclude patients who are taking antibiotics; 5) Exclude pregnant women.
