研究目的：

研究辨证通腑法联合早期滴定法肠内营养对腹腔高压患者腹腔压力、肾脏等相关器官功能、肠内营养实施安全性、耐受性的影响，并探讨其机制。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of syndrome differentiation and tongfu method combined with early titration enteral nutrition on abdominal pressure, kidney and other related organ functions, implementation safety and tolerance of enteral nutrition in patients with abdominal hypertension, and to explore its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.入组前均取得患者和家属同意; 2.符合IAH/ACS的诊断标准；符合中医腹胀满的诊断标准； 3.年龄18至70岁之间； 4.均未行开腹手术治疗； 5.从其它地方转诊过来时未接受肠内营养支持； 6.无严重代谢性疾病和消化道其他疾病，如放射性肠炎、短肠综合征等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Consent of patients and their family members was obtained before enrollment; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of IAH/ACS; meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM abdominal distension; 3. between the ages of 18 and 70 years; 4. No open surgery was performed; 5. not receiving enteral nutrition support when referred from other places; 6. No serious metabolic diseases and other digestive tract diseases, such as radioactive enteritis, short bowel syndrome, etc.

排除标准：

1.住院时间≥72 h； 2.机械性肠梗阻、消化道大出血； 3.对治疗药物过敏； 4.存在慢性肾功能和/或呼吸功能不全严重基础疾病； 5.频临死亡或复苏失败、无法配合或拒绝完成相关检。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Duration of hospital stay >= 72 h; 2. Mechanical intestinal obstruction and massive gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Allergic to therapeutic drugs; 4. Severe underlying diseases with chronic renal function and/or respiratory insufficiency; 5. Close to death or failure in resuscitation, inability to cooperate or refusal to complete relevant tests.
