研究目的：

观察益气养血补肝益肾法治疗腰椎术后综合征的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of the method of replenishing qi, nourishing blood, nourishing liver and replenishing kidney in the treatment of postoperative lumbar syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 年龄一般18-80岁； ② 符合腰椎术后综合征诊断标准； ③ 了解研究目的并愿意遵守随机选择治疗计划；

Inclusion criteria

1. The age is generally 18-80 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of postoperative lumbar syndrome; 3. Understand the purpose of the study and be willing to follow the randomized treatment plan;

排除标准：

① 腰椎术后并发术区感染、脑脊液漏或腰椎行二次手术者； ② 有腰椎肿瘤、腰椎结核、腰椎外伤、腰椎感染、强直性脊柱炎或腰椎畸形病史； ③ 有凝血障碍，红斑狼疮，糖尿病性神经病，类风湿性关节炎病史或其他严重内科疾病史； ④ 孕妇、精神药物依赖或认知障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage in the operation area after lumbar spine surgery or a second operation on the lumbar spine 2. Have a history of lumbar spine tumor, lumbar spine tuberculosis, lumbar spine trauma, lumbar spine infection, ankylosing spondylitis or lumbar spine deformity; 3. Have a history of coagulopathy, lupus erythematosus, diabetic neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis or other serious medical diseases; 4. Pregnant women, people with psychotropic drug dependence or cognitive impairment.
