研究目的：

本研究旨在评估“调神疏肝”法针刺干预乳腺癌患者失眠的有效性与安全性。研究“调神疏肝”法针刺对乳腺癌失眠患者的睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁情绪、中医肝郁症状及血清5-HT的影响。以此项研究为基础，探索“调神疏肝”法针刺对乳腺癌患者焦虑抑郁情绪、生存期及转归的影响及作用机制，为乳腺癌及其他癌种相关失眠的进一步临床研究与机制挖掘提供数据支持。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the acupuncture method of " regulating spirit and soothing liver " in the treatment of insomnia in breast cancer patients. We will study the effect of acupuncture with the method of " regulating spirit and soothing liver" on sleep quality, anxiety and depression, liver depression symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine and serum 5-HT of insomnia patients with breast cancer. Based on this study, we will explore the influence and mechanism of acupuncture with the method of " regulating spirit and soothing liver " on anxiety, depression, survival period and outcome of breast cancer patients, and provide data support for further clinical research and mechanism mining of insomnia related to breast cancer and other cancers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①明确乳腺癌诊断并符合DSM-V标准中失眠的诊断标准； ②PSQI评分≥10分； ③无语言及智力障碍，可顺利回答和填写问卷； ④年龄18岁至60岁女性； ⑤签订知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者； ⑥对针刺研究有正确认识，对研究人员的观察和评价有良好的依从性的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 60 years, female 2. Confirm the diagnosis of breast cancer and meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in DSM-V 3. PSQI score≥10. 4.Individuals who doesnt have language disorder or mental retardation and can answer and finish the questionnaire smoothly 5.Signed informed consent form and volunteered to participate in this study 6.Individuals who have a correct understanding of acupuncture studies and have good compliance with the observation and evaluation of researchers

排除标准：

①合并癫痫、糖尿病、心血管疾病、肾衰、高血压、代谢性疾病等重大疾病； ②合并（未规律用药）抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症及其他严重精神障碍患者； ③既往有罹患睡眠呼吸暂停、不安腿综合症等其他睡眠障碍病史； ④哺乳期、怀孕期或短期内准备怀孕的育龄期女性； ⑤酗酒和/或使用精神活性药物者、药物滥用者和依赖者； ⑥惧怕或不能针刺疗法的人群； ⑦长期规律使用助眠药物或者其他助眠干预； ⑧1月内有手术计划。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals who have epilepsy, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hypertension, metabolic diseases and other major diseases 2.Individuals who have depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders with Irregular drug use. 3.History of sleep apnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome and other sleep disorders. 4.Lactating women, pregnant women or women of childbearing age who are planning to become pregnant in a short time. 5.Alcoholics and and/or psychoactive drug users, drug abusers and dependent. 6.Individuals who are afraid or unable to get acupuncture. 7.Individuals who takes medication or other interventions to sleep regularly for a long time. 8.Surgery is scheduled within 1 month.

百会、神庭、四神聪、本神，针尖与头皮呈20°角刺入8-15mm，三阴交、足三里、血海、阳陵泉，直刺25-40mm；内关、神门、太冲，直刺20-25mm。平补平泻，留针30min。每周3次，干预4周。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

根据研究方案拟定的指标观测时间节点及时收集数据填写CRF表并上传录入EDC，避免补充记录、记录错漏、任意取舍等影响临床资料质量的操作，确保收集、整理、核查、录入无延误。通过EpiData软件建立数据库，录入员已熟练掌握EpiData软件操作，对每一份数据进行二次录入和校对录入，进行双录入核查和数据部分抽查，确保错误率＜0.03%。经上述过程排除误差后，对数据库进行锁定。

According to the indicator observation time node proposed in the study plan, collect data in time, fill in the CRF form and upload it to EDC for entry, avoid operations that affect the quality of clinical data, such as supplementary records, record errors and omissions, and arbitrary selection and rejection, and ensure that there is no delay in collection, sorting, verification, and entry. The database is established through EpiData software, and the entry staff has mastered the operation of EpiData software. They have entered and proofread each piece of data for the second time, checked the double entry and spot checked the data to ensure that the error rate is less than 0.03%. After the error is eliminated through the above process, the database is locked.
