研究目的：

在麻醉前1小时给予穴位埋线。腹部手术选择双侧足三里和内关，脊柱手术选择双侧合谷和委中，上肢手术选择双侧合谷和内关，下肢手术选择双侧合谷和足三里，膝关节手术选择双侧合谷和三阴交。观察患者全麻后苏醒期和术后恢复期相关指标，研究穴位埋线对患者术后疼痛和恢复质量的影响，为探索新的术后镇痛方法、促进患者快速康复提供新思路。

Objectives of Study：

Acupuncture point embedding is performed 1 hour before anesthesia. Bilateral Zusanli and Neiguan are selected for abdominal surgery, bilateral Hegu and Weizhong are selected for spinal surgery, bilateral Hegu and Neiguan are selected for upper limb surgery, bilateral Hegu and Zusanli are selected for lower limb surgery, and bolaterl Hegu and Sanyinjiao are selected for knee surgery. To observe the related indicators of patients' recovery period after general anesthesia and postoperative recovery period, and to study the influence of acupoint cat-embedding on postoperative pain and recovery quality of patients, so as to provide new ideas for exploring new postoperative analgesia methods and promoting rapid rehabilitation of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.1年龄18-80岁； 1.2ASA分级1-2级； 1.3BMI 18-30kg/m2； 1.4自愿签署知情同意书； 1.5全麻下行开放性手术，预计1h＜手术时间＜6h者； 1.6理解能力正常，本人或其家属可以配合疼痛评价或问卷填写。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. ASA class of 1-2; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m2; 4. Voluntary informed consent; 5. Open surgery under general anesthesia, with an estimated time of 1-6 hours; 6. Patients or his/her relatives have normal comprehension ability and can cooperate with pain evaluation or fill in the questionnaire.

排除标准：

2.1中枢神经系统疾病者，无法交流或精神障碍者； 2.2未控制的高血压、糖尿病、冠心病，心功能不全者； 2.3严重肝肾功能异常者； 2.4具有经皮穴位埋线禁忌者，如局部皮肤损伤、感染等； 2.5晕针或者对针灸治疗存在恐惧者； 2.6药物成瘾、酒精成瘾或慢性疼痛长期服用镇痛药物者； 2.7 HGB<90g/L者； 2.8在入选研究前的3个月内参与了其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with central nervous system diseases, unable to communicate or with mental disorders; 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease or cardiac insufficiency; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with contraindications of percutaneous acupoint thread embedding, such as local skin injury, infection, etc; 5. Patients with acupuncture syncope reaction or fear of acupuncture treatment; 6. Patients with drug addiction, alcohol addiction or long-term use of analgesics for chronic pain; 7. Patients with HGB < 90 g/L; 8. Patients in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to being enrolled in the study.
