研究目的：

评价在 ERAS 理念管理的基础上，采用经皮穴位电刺激（transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation，TEAS）和/或电针（electroacupuncture，EA）疗法促进腹部外科术后快速康复的有效性和安全性，探讨最佳的穴位刺激方式、电针仪参数等具体实施方案，初步形成较为优化的针刺干预标准。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation on the basis of the concept management of eras, the efficacy and safety of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) and / or electroacupuncture(EA) therapy to promote rapid postoperative rehabilitation in abdominal surgery were evaluated, and the optimal acupoint stimulation mode, Electroacupuncture Parameters and other specific implementations were discussed, in order to initially form a more optimal standard of acupuncture intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18 - 70 岁，性别不限； （2）在全身麻醉下行肝胆、胃肠、肾脏或膀胱肿瘤切除术； （3）自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 - 70 years, sex not restricted; 2. Resection of hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal, renal, or bladder tumors was performed under general anesthesia; 3. Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）手术切口经过本次研究所选取的腹部穴位； （2）选取的穴位局部皮肤有感染； （3）不能理解或配合 VAS 评分等评估的患者； （4）对金属过敏或严重惧针，经皮穴位电刺激或电针治疗不能耐受者； （5）未控制的糖尿病，严重心脏、中枢神经、精神疾病或凝血功能障碍的患者； （6）安置心脏起搏器者； （7）正在参加其它研究试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The surgical incision was made through the abdominal acupoints selected for this study; 2. The selected acupoints had local skin infection; 3. Patients who could not understand or cooperate with assessments such as VAS scores; 4. Those with hypersensitivity to metals or severe fear of acupuncture, transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, or intolerance to electroacupuncture treatment; 5. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiac, central nervous, psychiatric disorders, or coagulopathy; 6. Placement of pacemaker; 7. Patients being enrolled in other research trials.
