研究目的：

经皮穴位电刺激联合全身麻醉用于小儿全麻手术既能减少术中全麻药的用量，减轻术后疼痛，减少术后恶心呕吐的发生率，降低苏醒期躁动的发生率，从而加速患儿术后的恢复，减轻术后躁动对患儿的危害，成为小儿全麻手术的最佳选择。

Objectives of Study：

The combination of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation and general anesthesia in children's general anesthesia operation can not only reduce the dosage of general anesthesia during operation, reduce postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, reduce the incidence of restlessness in the wake-up period, so as to accelerate the recovery of children after operation, reduce the harm of restlessness to children after operation, and become the best choice for children's general anesthesia operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1~12岁住院儿童，择期行扁桃体切除和腺样体刮除术，ASA1~2级，患儿体重BMI：18~29,性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

The children aged 1-12 years were hospitalized. Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy were performed on a selective basis, ASA 1-2. The BMI of the children was 18-29, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

穴位附近局部感染，既往有耳鼻咽喉等部位手术病史，既往有药物过敏史及哮喘史，入室时特别紧张，术后发生呼吸困难、水肿、出血的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with local infection near the acupoints, previous surgical history of Otorhinolaryngology and other parts, previous history of drug allergy and asthma, especially nervous when entering the room, and postoperative dyspnea, edema and bleeding.
