研究目的：

通过在委中、百会电针刺激，与对照组比较，对减少术中全麻药的用量，预防术后早期认知功能障碍、降低白细胞介素水平、减轻患者术后疼痛以及恶心呕吐，哪种干预措施更有效。

Objectives of Study：

Compared with the control group, which intervention is more effective in reducing the amount of general anesthetic during operation, preventing early postoperative cognitive dysfunction, reducing interleukin level, relieving postoperative pain and nausea and vomiting through electroacupuncture stimulation in the central and Baihui committees.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）择期在气管内全麻下行脊柱融合手术患者（手术部位≤2个椎体，手术时间≤180分钟）； （2）年龄65-75岁； （3）BMI指数18-30kg/㎡； （4）ASA分级I到III级； （5）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Spinal fusion surgery patients scheduled for general anesthesia in trachea (operation site <= 2 vertebral bodies, operation time <= 180 minutes); (2) Aged 65-75 years; (3) BMI index 18-30kg/㎡; (4) ASA classification I to III; (5) Voluntary signing of informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）既往有吸毒史、精神障碍史，老年痴呆、术前长期服用镇静剂、NSAIDs及激素者，或其他滥用药物者或酗酒者。 （2）严重心脑血管疾病病史者（包括心功能Ⅲ级-Ⅳ级，脑梗塞病史，脑出血病史）。 （3）穴位局部有皮肤破损、感染。 （4）晕针史。 （5）不同意合作者或有严重视力或听力障碍或无法交流者。 （6）在入选研究前的3个月内参与了其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Past history of drug abuse, mental disorders, senile dementia, long-term preoperative use of sedatives, NSAIDs and hormones, or other drug abusers or alcoholics. (2) Patients with a history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including cardiac function grade III-IV, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage). (3) Local skin damage and infection at acupoints. (4) history of needle sickness. (5) Those who do not agree with the cooperator or have severe visual or hearing impairment or cannot communicate. (6) Those who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before being selected for the study.
