研究目的：

本课题旨在通过前瞻性，临床随机对照试验研究，传承石氏伤科的学术思想和临床经验，并且客观评价中药热敷联合间歇性牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病（cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy，CSR）的诊疗方案的临床疗效，为推广应用热敷中医适宜技术提供实证研究资料。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to carry forward the academic ideas and clinical experience of Shi's traumatology department through prospective, clinical randomized controlled trials, and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with intermittent traction in the treatment of CSR, so as to provide empirical research data for the promotion and application of appropriate TCM techniques of hot compress.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合神经根型颈椎病断标准； （2）意识清醒，可以与医护人员进行正常交流； （3）年龄在18-65岁之间； （4）VAS评分小于5分的患者； （5）未口服非甾体抗炎止痛药、阿片类镇痛药等止痛药； （6）自愿接受本研究治疗方案，知情同意并签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the criteria of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; 2. Conscious patients can communicate with medical staff normally; 3. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old; 4. Patients with VAS score less than 5; 5. Patients who did not take NSAIDs or opioid analgesics orally; 6. Patients who voluntarily accepted the treatment plan, informed consent and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）对中药过敏者； （2）妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； （3）己行颈椎手术者或有颈部外伤史患者； （4）合并有心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病或精神病患者； （5）有皮肤性疾病、传染性疾病或颈项部皮肤破损的患者； （6）有糖尿病史且血糖控制不佳； （7）病情严重，不适合保守治疗或要求手术治疗的患者； （8）己经接受其他治疗，有可能影响本研究治疗效应指标观测的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients who have undergone cervical surgery or have a history of cervical trauma; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases or psychosis such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Patients with skin diseases, infectious diseases or neck skin damage; 6. Having a history of diabetes and poor control of blood glucose; 7. Patients with serious illness, not suitable for conservative treatment or requiring surgical treatment; 8. Patients who have received other treatments and may affect the observation of therapeutic effect indicators in this study.
