研究目的：

明确 RA 活动期中医治疗方案的增效减毒作用和安全性，形成高质量临床证据，形成有疗效优势的预防 RA 前状态转化的中医药方案。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the synergistic and attenuated effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment program in the active stage of RA, form high quality clinical evidence, and form a traditional Chinese medicine scheme with curative effect advantage to prevent the transformation of pre-RA state.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1) 符合 2010 年 ACR/EULAR 的 RA 分类标准； 2) 5.1＞DAS28＞3.2； 3) 符合脾虚兼湿毒瘀痹阻证的 RA 患者； 4) 病程≤24 个月； 5) 18 岁～65 岁； 6) 患者知情并同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Compliance with the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria; 2. DAS28 3.2 - 5.1; 3. RA patients who Compliance with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness toxic stasis obstruction; 4. Disease course <=24 months; 5. Aged18 to 65 years old; 6. The patient was informed and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

排除标准： ① 有严重脏器病变者或精神类疾病者； ② 对研究方案中涉及的药物过敏或有使用禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe organ disease or mental illness; 2. Patients who are allergic to the drugs involved in the study protocol or who have contraindications.
