研究目的：

从不同层面验证贺氏火针对人体的安全性，为临床诊疗多种疾病提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety of Hes fire needle on human body from different levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

一名固定医师对健康受试者进行火针针刺治疗，通过观察针刺前后局部皮肤的变化以评估火针的安全性。取穴：面部（颊车）、四肢（曲池、足三里）、腹部（气海、中脘）、躯干（肾俞）。针刺方案为第一天针刺1次，观察时间点为：针刺前后、针刺72小时，共观察1周。观察指标为：皮肤刺激反应、皮肤过敏反应、温哥华瘢痕量表、烧烫伤分度、皮肤愈合时间、压痛阈值测定、痛阈测定、局部微循环、Mc Gill疼痛积分表、皮损图像采集，同时随访健康受试者的任何不良感觉及反应，用以评估火针的安全性。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A fixed doctor will treat healthy volunteers with fire needle, and evaluate the safety of fire needle by observing the changes of local skin before and after acupuncture. Acupoint selection: face (Jiache), limbs (Quchi, Zusanli), abdomen (Qihai, Zhongwan), trunk (Shenshu). Fire needle is performed in the first day, and the observation time was Before and after first acupuncture72 hours after the acupuncture, and follow up for one week. The observation indexes were: Skin irritation and skin allergy, Vancouver Scar Scale, scald scale, and skin healing time, microvascular blood perfusion, pressure threshold measurement, pain threshold measurement, and Mc Gill pain scale, and any adverse feelings and reactions of healthy subjects were followed up to evaluate the safety of the fire needle.

纳入标准：

1. 研究对象为健康受试者； 2. 大于18岁，小于70岁； 3. 在医院体检中心体检的健康受试者，血常规、肝肾功、血凝检测指标均正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. The study subjects were healthy volunteers; 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 3. Physical examination of healthy people in the hospital physical examination center: Blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation is normal.

排除标准：

1. 先天性疾病、心、脑血管、肺、肝、脾、肾和造血系统疾病、肿瘤、出血性疾病； 2. 精神疾病； 3. 皮肤疾病； 4. 瘢痕体质或敏感体质。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital diseases, heart, cerebrovascular, lung, liver, spleen, kidney and hematopoietic diseases, tumors, hemorrhagic diseases; 2. Mental illness; 3. Skin disease; 4. Scar or sensitive body.
