研究目的：

通过对慢传输型便秘患者肠道菌群修复效果的观察，来评价浮针疗法的疗效

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of floating needle therapy by observing the effect of intestinal flora restoration in patients with slow transit constipation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢传输型便秘（STC）中、西医诊断标准。 （2）年龄18—60岁之间,愿意且能配合治疗观察者。 （3）近3个月未使用抗生素、益生菌和导致便秘的药物。 （4）志愿参加本研究，签订知情同意者

Inclusion criteria

（1）Conform to the diagnostic criteria of slow transit constipation ( STC ) （2）18-60 years of age, willing and able to cooperate with treatment observers （3）Nearly 3 months without antibiotics Probiotics and constipation-causing drugs （4）Volunteers who signed informed consent for this study

排除标准：

（1）有严重原发性或继发性的心、脑、肾等疾病者； （2）经电子结肠镜证实器质性病变引起肠道狭窄者； （3）符合排便障碍型便秘的诊断标准者； （4）长期服用导致便秘的药物者； （5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Patients with severe primary or secondary heart, brain, kidney and other diseases （2）Patients with intestinal stenosis caused by organic lesions confirmed by electronic colonoscopy （3）Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of defecation disorder constipation （4）Long-term use of constipation-causing drugs （5）Pregnant or lactating women
