研究目的：

采用单中心、随机、双盲、双模拟临床研究方法，通过和胃降逆方与奥美拉唑肠溶片的对比，评价和胃降逆方治疗寒热错杂证NERD患者的临床有效性及安全性，观察和胃降逆方治疗寒热错杂证NERD患者的临床疗效及优势环节，为和胃降逆方的临床应用提供科学依据；并以正常人为对照组运用肠道菌群丰度及代谢产物关联分析揭示和胃降逆方治疗NERD的潜在作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Hewei Jiangni Decoction in the treatment of nerd patients with cold and heat syndrome by comparing Hewei Jiangni Decoction with omeprazole enteric coated tablets, and to observe the clinical efficacy and advantages of Hewei Jiangni Decoction in the treatment of nerd patients with cold and heat syndrome, so as to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of Hewei Jiangni decoction; The potential mechanism of Hewei Jiangni Decoction in the treatment of nerd was revealed by correlation analysis of intestinal flora abundance and metabolites.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）NERD门诊患者符合西医NERD诊断标准，且同时满足中医寒热错杂证的诊断标准； （2）年龄18-65岁； （3）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Nerd outpatients meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine nerd, and at the same time meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM cold and heat syndrome; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years; 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）诊断为反流性食管炎、反流高敏及Barrett食管者； （2）有上消化道出血或手术史、食管狭窄、食管及胃肿瘤等器质性病变史者； （3）合并心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发疾病者； （4）2周内服用过与治疗本病疗效有关的其他药物或疗法（质子泵抑制剂、H2受体拮抗剂、胃粘膜保护剂）者； （5）哺乳、妊娠期或正准备妊娠的妇女； （6）有焦虑症或抑郁症患者； （7）有精神、神经系统病史者或智力、语言障碍者； （8）过敏体质及对本研究药物已知成分过敏者； （9）三个月内参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with reflux esophagitis, high sensitivity of reflux and Barrett's esophagus; 2. Patients with history of upper gastrointestinal bleeding or surgery, esophageal stenosis, esophageal and gastric tumor and other organic diseases; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Patients who have taken other drugs or therapies (proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, gastric mucosal protectors) related to the curative effect of the disease within 2 weeks; 5. Women who are breast-feeding, pregnant or preparing for pregnancy; 6. Patients with anxiety or depression; 7. Patients with mental or nervous system history or mental or language disorders; 8. Allergic constitution and patients allergic to known components of the drug in this study; 9. Subjects who participated in other clinical trials within three months.
