研究目的：

基于“痰瘀阻络”理论的指导，采用随机对照临床试验，客观评价崔氏“软伤洗剂”治疗痰瘀痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the guidance of the theory of "phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals", a randomized controlled clinical trial was used to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Cui's "soft injury lotion" in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis blocking knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合膝骨关节炎的中西医诊断标准，且KL分级为I-III级者； ②年龄≥50岁； ③患者已经接受过其他治疗，但经过7天以上洗脱期者； ④同意参加本研究，并自愿签署知情同意书，能够配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

① Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis and KL grade I-III; ② Age ≥ 50 years old; ③ Patients who have received other treatment but have gone through a washout period of more than 7 days; ④ Agree to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form, which can cooperate with the follow-up.

排除标准：

①继发性骨关节炎者，如类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、痛风性关节炎等； ②严重过敏体质者； ③一般情况较差，合并严重消化道、心、脑、血管、肝肾疾病者；或合并其他可能影响到膝关节的疾病，如骨肿瘤等； ④自主能力较差，语言思维混乱，所做评价不能反映客观实际情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Secondary osteoarthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gouty arthritis, etc; ② Severe allergic constitution; ③ Poor general condition, complicated with serious digestive tract, heart, brain, vascular, liver and kidney diseases; Or combined with other diseases that may affect the knee, such as bone tumors; ④ Poor autonomy, confused language and thinking, and the evaluation can not reflect the objective actual situation.
