研究目的：

观察苍附排卵汤对痰瘀互结型多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症患者IVF-ET妊娠结局的影响，评估其临床疗效，探讨中医药在辅助生殖技术中的作用和优势环节，为临床实践中提高IVF助孕效率提供更合适的思路和方向。

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the effect of cangfu ovulation decoction on pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET in infertility patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, evaluate its clinical efficacy, and explore the role and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in assisted reproductive technology, so as to provide more appropriate ideas and directions for improving the efficiency of IVF in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

因输卵管因素或排卵障碍行IVF的患者。 符合PCOS及中医痰瘀互结证型辩证标准。 年龄25-38岁。BMI≥24kg/m2 。 3个月内未釆取任何促排卵类药物治疗。 自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent IVF due to fallopian tube factors or ovulation disorders. 2. Patients with PCOS and syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis in TCM. 3. Patients aged 25-38 years. BMI >= 24kg/m2 4. Patients who did not take any ovulation induction drugs within 3 months. 5. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

患有子宫内膜异位症、子宫或内膜器质性病变、甲状腺疾病或其他内分泌异常疾病的患者。 男性因素所致不孕。 无法合作者，如合并有神经、精神疾患等。 对所用中药或西药过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with endometriosis, uterine or endometrial organic lesions, thyroid disease or other endocrine disorders. 2. Infertility caused by male factors. 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate, such as complicated with neurological and mental disorders. 4. Patients who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine.
